This calculator is an easy tool to use to work out how much you can borrow from the banks to purchase a property.
Start by filling in your income details
Then enter your expense details
Finally you enter your loan details including the Interest Rate and the term of the Loan
At the bottom of the graph it tells you how much you can borrow and what the expected monthly repayments would be.
